About Bizio

Bizio is a platform for small local businesses: a storefront, a product or service catalogue, orders and custom-order requests, agreements clients sign from their phone, intake forms, and a single place where every enquiry and customer lands.

It is operated by Vernon Tech & Media LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company, founded by Rayvaughn Vernon.

Who we build for

Bakeries taking custom cake orders, personal trainers selling coaching packages, restaurants publishing a menu, and the kind of service business that has been running on text messages and a notes app. Each business gets a storefront on its own link, set up for it rather than handed over as a blank template.

How it works

• We build the storefront with the business, using their products, prices and photos.
• They take payments on the storefront, or link out to their own checkout, or run a menu with no payments at all.
• Orders, enquiries, signed agreements and completed forms arrive in one dashboard.
• Customers get confirmations and reminders by email, and by text where they have asked for them.

Texting

Some businesses on Bizio text their customers about appointments, orders and offers. Those texts are only ever sent to people who ticked a box asking for them, each business sends from its own verified number, and every message can be stopped by replying STOP. We keep a record of each opt-in, including the wording shown at the time. See the Privacy Policy for what we store and why.
